Idealista is the dominant real estate marketplace in Southern Europe, but its scale has invited a systemic risk Trust Erosion. While market share remains high, the prevalence of scams and cognitive overload creates long-term risks for retention and lead quality. 
My goal was to implement surgical UX interventions that protect trust without stifling marketplace growth.
